Information you send us

When you use the property feasibility form, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, property city, property address (if you choose to give it), the type of ADU you are considering, your primary reason for building, budget range, timeframe and details about your property. We also record the page you sent the form from and, where available, how you arrived at the site (for example, a search engine or a campaign link).

How we use it

We use the information you send only to respond to your inquiry about your property and to follow up about it. We do not sell the information you submit.

How it is stored

Form submissions are sent through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an email forwarding service, which delivers them to our business email. FormSubmit handles the information under its own privacy terms. Access to the inquiries we receive is limited to people who respond to them.

Analytics and cookies

This website may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and whether forms are submitted. These tools may set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
